How to use:
Apply a moderate amount to a cotton swam, gently wipe off makeup and dirt on the face.
Wash repeatedly until there is dirt on the cotton swam. To clean the makeup, place the cotton swab soaked in cleaning water for a while, then start wiping. It's more efficient. No more washing is required, but if you want, wash them gently with lukewarm water.
